Thanks so much to everybody who came along to International Women's Day at the Cultural Centre in Katoomba. Huge thanks to the Blue Mountains Women's Health and Resource Centre for putting on such a fantastic event.

Jump in at any point! Hands Heart & Feet classes with Emily are open to all ages and levels. Lots of fun, very creative and welcoming. Fantastic for mental health and community inclusion.
