EVENT Description
Open to women and non-binary people, this event is about raising awareness regarding evidence-based, ethical therapeutic practices in support of the mental health in the Blue Mountains area.
Emily from Hands Heart & Feet is delighted to be running an interactive, uplifting drum workshop with Caitlyn Palmer from Rhythm Kind as part of this FREE event.
Other presenters on the include psychologists, psychotherapists and doctors such as: Kristen Barnett, Christie Little, Dr Mellanie Rollans, Kimberly Ryan, Louise Walsh, Dr Jess Siegle, and Nicole Powell.
