This Beats For the Blues event is dedicated to promoting Mental Health and wellbeing, through engaging and uplifting events that combine educational workshops, Q&A Panel with local Mental Health professionals and local musicians to foster a sense of community connection.
Emily from Hands Heart & Feet is delighted to be running a drum workshop on the day: 3pm - 4pm.
