Springwood Dance Class
with Emily Cooper
Every Tuesday, 7:30-9pm
@ Springwood Primary School

Class Description

An energising, uplifting dance class that is open to all ages and levels of ability.

Shake off what you don’t need, move your body and feel alive. In this class we work with a beautiful fusion of styles including contemporary, West African, Bollywood, Tribal bellydance and funky Blue Mountains flavours (…if you don’t know what that is, come along and find out)! 🙂

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a focus on moving, learning and having fun.

We spend a few weeks learning a choreography, and offer optional performance opportunities. Hands Heart & Feet performances are relaxed and joyful – no stress, just a sharing of the beautiful energy we conjure together at classes.

Participants can attend casually or regularly.

There are options to pay-as-you-go, or to buy a 10 class pass.
