COVID-19 Adaption: Do classes at home!
Classes on ZOOM this week:
Tuesday 31st March, 6pm – 7:30pm – DRUM
Thursday 2nd April, 6pm – 7:30pm – DANCE
This will be our last week of classes for this term. After this week, Hands Heart & Feet classes will be on a break until May.
$20 Adult / $15 Child / Family deals available / Or use your Hands Heart & Feet class pass.
What that includes:
– A 1.5 hour class over Zoom
– I will also send you videos over WhatsApp of the rhythms and dances we learn.
We did our first online drum and dance classes last week and they were wonderful! There’s an element of trial and error, as we all adapt very quickly to this new technology – but all things considered, we’re doing very well!
Here’s a little clip of last week’s online drum class:

How to join: JUST 3 EASY STEPS!
1. DOWNLOAD ZOOM:
If you don’t already have Zoom, download Zoom to your computer or phone (it’s free and really easy to use).
2. BOOKING & PAYMENT:
Book via email or text:
0405 517 759
When you book, we will sort out payment. If you have a Hands Heart & Feet class pass, you can use that (but still book please). If you don’t have a class pass, it’s $20 adult / $15 child and you can pay via EFT.
3. MEETING LINK:
Once you’ve booked and paid, I will send you a link to the meeting and I will see you there.
What if you want to do drum class but you don’t have your own drum?
If you don’t own a djembe or have a spare set of duns lying about, then use an upside down pot, bucket or something equally creative! 🙂
What do dancers need?
Basically just you and your grooviness. 🙂
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
I’d love to see you there. 💛💛💛
FREE MINI DANCE WORKSHOP WITH EMILY FROM HANDS HEART & FEET:
A little gift from me to you. Enjoy!
I want to thank you in advance for adapting and supporting Hands Heart & Feet online.
It’s likely that it won’t be the same as in person, but this has the potential to be great in ways we can’t possibly know about until we try.
You could drum and dance in your pjs!
You could make a cup of tea half way through!
You could video yourself doing the content and post it to a shared page.
The possibilities are exciting. 🙂
By you continuing to support Hands Heart & Feet in this time, you’re helping to ensure that there is a Hands Heart & Feet to return to when we come through this.
